Drop Off Registration Form

For all parties interested in becoming a drop off site for Virgo Sports, please completely fill out our Drop-Off Registration Form below and submit to Virgo Sports. Each registered drop-off site will receive an equipment receptacle to collect all donated equipment. Further arrangements will be made with each individual drop-off site in order to collect all donated equipment. We thank and value all businesses or individuals that are interested in becoming one of our drop-off site participants.
